vegetarian for a month?
I was thinking about the possibility of being completely vegetarian for a month. Then I remembered that I am not a huge fan of vegetables so my diet would mostly be carbs, cheese, and cake. Doable but not extremely healthy.
I am debating whether $20 worth of nail polish (3 bottles) will bring me a modicum of happiness. Or enough happiness to justfy $20 on nailpolish.

mexican vegetarian casserole
Because it’s easy to make and very yummy. And it has all the components of Mexican food (except meat):

This story makes me just a teeny bit sad but also makes me wonder if the same thing would’ve happened in the United States. Doubtful. Haven’t you see the What Would You Do segment where they have a homeless-looking person fall in the middle of a busy sidewalk? Nobody stops to help them except for another homeless person.
