nostalgia: high school graduation
Today I drove past the Toyota Center to head to a doctor’s appointment and saw kids in blue caps and gowns. And I realized that eight years ago, I was one of those kids graduating at the Toyota Center. I remember I was both excited and sad that my high school days were over. My younger dog, Duke, developed an ear infection over the past few days. I noticed on Friday that he was shaking his head and I meant to mention to my husband that our little buddy needed his ears cleaned. (Tangent: if you say “clean your ears,” our older dog will walk out of the room.)

FOUND dog: female chihuahua mix

Today I realized that I had never <s>tortured</s> put clothes on Duke. The reason I thought of this was because he had rolled himself in a towel and was “wearing” it around the apartment.
